To safeguard your safety and privacy, we never store or display your exact location. We apply a random offset (between 500m and 1.5km) to your coordinates before saving them in our database. This allows other members to see that there is a gardener in the area, but ensures that no one can know your precise address through the map.
Use of Information
We use your information exclusively to:
- Facilitate contact and exchanges between community members.
- Send you technical notifications about your offers or account.
- Continuously improve platform features.
Third Parties and Advertising
We do not share your personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. The information in your listings is only visible to other members according to your profile preferences.
Your Rights (Access, Rectification and Erasure)

Total Control: You can exercise your right to erasure at any time through the "Delete account" option available in your user profile. By doing so, your listings will be removed immediately. However, to comply with our legal obligations, we will keep your personal data duly blocked for a period of 5 years, after which it will be permanently deleted.
